To enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong Marine Science and Technology, as well as Marine Economy through fostering sustainable development and knowledge transfer. 

Five summit series cover five key aspects of marine field, including blue marine economy, applied fundamental research, incubation and commercialization, frontier research, and advanced industrial technology. 

Corresponding to summit series, five GBA outreach trips offer the chance to visit advanced models at the representative GBA marine sectors, facilitating the collaboration and the development of marine industry and economy in Hong Kong.

After summit series and GBA trips, a sharing workshop can gather interested parties together to share their insight and experience, and brainstorm the potential collaboration.
